FlySafair is hiring Call Centre Agent Vacancies at FlySafair Head Office, Bonaero Park, Johannesburg, Gauteng. If you are passionate about customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have call centre experience, this opportunity is for you! Successful candidates will report directly to the Call Centre Team Leader and be expected to deliver professional and timely assistance to passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from customers/passengers
  • Assist with issues such as flight delays and cancellations
  • Explain airline policies and processes to customers
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • 1–4 years’ experience in a Call Centre environment
  • Relevant travel or tourism qualification (advantageous)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and computer literacy
  • Must have no criminal or credit record
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Own transport is an added advantage

Shift Times

  • 07:00 – 16:00
  • 08:00 – 17:00
  • 09:00 – 18:00
  • 10:00 – 19:00
    (Includes weekends and public holidays)
