Learnership Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Grade 12 National Senior Certificate.
  • Driver’s License: Valid light vehicle driver’s license (South African Code 08).
  • Experience: 0–1 year in an office environment.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry).
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.

  • Confidentiality and professionalism.

Learnership Duties & Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Complying with company and client policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Completing, filing, and managing financial transactional documents.
  • Providing client service through effective communication and message handling.
  • Operating and maintaining office equipment (fax, photocopier, shredder).
  • Coordinating office repairs, supplies, and cleaning.
  • Providing secretarial support (typing, filing, photocopying, data entry).
  • Processing timesheets, handling petty cash, and banking reconciliations.
  • Arranging travel and bookings for site personnel.
  • Following Occupational Health and Safety procedures.
  • Participating in safety meetings, reporting incidents, and complying with emergency procedures.
